The brief
We were invited to view the prestigious boardroom and meeting rooms at AELTC Wimbledon with other audiovisual specialists. Our initial brief was to update the audio and video in three meeting rooms and their prestigious boardroom and we were asked in turn to offer a solution.
Our proposal was selected as we understood AELTC Wimbldon’s vision that reflected their highest values and integrity together with utilising the very best innovative technology.
Our solution
With their vision in mind, we embarked on a collaborative journey, to deliver an audio-visual solution that provided the same high-quality experience in all three meeting rooms and its prestigious boardroom.
For high-quality audio we installed Shure ceiling microphones and speakers and for the video, we installed a state-of-the-art Poly AI camera in the 3 meeting rooms and the boardroom.
We designed an easy room control solution with a BYOD option. We also provided bespoke graphics to reflect AELTC Wimbdon’s brand on the control panel. We supplied configuration and switches, and installed and set up the equipment.
The result
AELTC Wimbledon was delighted with the results. All rooms provided the same user-friendly experience and way of working. We delivered the best technology that was fully integrated for a cable-free environment.
