We generally find the technology easy, streamlined, and straightforward to use. The user experience is consistent across rooms and simple to set up, usually just requiring the press of a few buttons. Everything so far has been fine for meetings and training events; however, we have encountered some minor technical hiccups at other times. In these situations, Visually Connected’s AV team are always on standby and have been quick to jump in and support, meaning that the issues have been solved quickly, and with minimal stress.
Overall, I’m pleased to say that the technology is meeting and exceeding our expectations – we have built a reputation for having a superior mic and sound quality compared to other bookable conference venues in the Southwest!
