How it works
The room provides an enhanced front-row experience where remote users are available upfront at the same eye level as in-room participants. This is achieved through a particular combination of displays, a conference table, intelligent cameras, and audio devices to create a more immersive experience.
Displays have a new aspect ratio of 21:9 that offers additional space for Teams front row gallery layout to make the content, remote attendees, and chat space visible at all times. Instead of mounting the display on the short wall of a rectangular meeting room, it is placed on the long wall.
A curved or oval-shaped table and the arrangement of chairs is modified so in-room participants can see each other and remain face-to-face with virtual participants. Formal presentations are blended with collaborative chat conversations. Creativity is unleashed when groups use digital canvas.
Cameras equipped with AI automatically adjust the framing and resizing of the people in the room integrating them with remote participants. Chat features are also incorporated into the meeting setting.
Intelligent sensors and controls can be integrated with other room systems so a simple touch can prepare the entire room with lighting, display, and video conferencing.
Simple to deploy, Teams-certified devices make it easy to integrate and the solution can be adapted to small, medium and large meeting rooms.
