Sustainable design and procurement
We specify energy-efficient, audio-visual equipment that prioritises long-term performance, upgradeability, and low energy consumption. We work with environmentally responsible suppliers and manufacturers, and where possible, source equipment and materials locally to minimise transport-related emissions.
Resource efficiency and carbon reduction
Our VC Intellicore support platform enables remote system monitoring, diagnostics, firmware updates, and full lifecycle management, ensuring long-term system efficiency. Over 88% of support tickets are resolved with a one-touch fix, eliminating unnecessary engineer callouts. This not only reduces system downtime but also cuts travel-related carbon emissions by up to 70% compared to traditional support models.
Proactive monitoring and timely updates extend the lifespan of installed systems, reducing the need for premature replacements and lowering e-waste.
