Covering over 190 countries and 800 global locations, Sirva is one of the industry’s largest global relocation, moving, and logistics companies.
The brief
Our initial brief was to work as a satellite support service as an extension to their US provision to manage IT for their UK office. As work progressed, we were asked to address their untidy meeting room that had no connectivity or setup to support hybrid working. In addition, they had an outdated telephone system and asked us to source and install a professional Teams VoIP system.
Furthermore, Sirva adopted our digital sigange SaaS to manage and deploy branded content and internal communications for visitors and employees.
The solution (SaaS)
Visually Connected designed and installed a range of audiovisual solutions including video conferencing, a Teams VoIP telephone solution, IT support, and digital signage.
We manage the IT desktop support for their UK teams through our IT department. This was implemented through our rapid AV SOS service and regular site visits.
We kitted out their meeting room for hybrid working with audiovisual solutions including screen, sound/video bar, and content-sharing solutions.
