With the early adoption of the hybrid work model, the Openwork Partnership recognized the many benefits of flexible working providing everybody with work/life balance choices to enable its colleagues to reach their full potential professionally and personally.
Our brief
The Openwork Partnership required technologically advanced workspaces with agile workflows to foster collaboration and employee well-being. Our brief was to update and streamline the audiovisual technology throughout all of Openwork’s meeting spaces throughout its Swindon building and London offices providing the same way of working for ease of use.
The solution
Our solution centred around bringing people and technology together by creating intelligent, agile meeting environments and equipping their staff with the tools they need to thrive in the hybrid workplace.
Visually Connected designed and installed solutions including audiovisual technology in all its meeting spaces, a reception system, digital signage in breakout areas, small, medium, and large meetings, board rooms, training rooms, fitness room, town hall/event space and CCTV, access control and a car park barrier.
Digital signage throughout The Openwork Partnership’s Swindon premises provided branded communications and company updates.

Following the completion of works, the Openwork Partnership adopted our 24-7 remote monitoring and proactive support service to keep their technology running at peak performance and enable them to always be meeting-ready. Our service includes first-line technical support, automated updates to keep their technology secure, detailed monthly reports, a live asset list, and yearly health checks.
