Once the ClickShare has been installed and configured, you simply get your attendees to plug in the cleverly designed USB dongles, and the software will begin to install. In less than a minute (usually), you will see a message in your task bar, which says, ‘ready to connect’. This now means you can press the button and your desktop is instantly visible on your big meeting room screen.
What else can you do with ClickShare?
The ClickShare device is so easy to use, and doesn’t require much training. It’s so innovative and easy to use, we love it, and have one set up permanently in our office. So what else can it do? Well, if you have multiple buttons installed on various machines, they can screenshare, so you can split the screen with multiple desktops. There is also an absolutely fantastic mobile app that works with both Android and iOS. The app is almost as easy to operate as the button itself!
